Maren Fertility is an informational directory of fertility clinics in the United States, operated by Salter Ventures LLC. This policy explains what data we handle when you visit the site and the third-party services we rely on to run it.

We do not collect protected health information

Maren Fertility does not collect, request, or store protected health information (PHI). We do not operate patient accounts, intake forms, or medical questionnaires, and we are not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA. Please do not send us medical or personal health details.

Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to browse the site. We collect limited, aggregate analytics about how visitors use the site — such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and referring source — to understand traffic and improve the product. This analytics data is not used to identify you individually.

Cookies

Maren Fertility does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics provider may use privacy-preserving identifiers or cookies to measure aggregate usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.

Third-party services

We rely on the following service providers to operate Maren Fertility. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service:

• Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly, aggregate web analytics.
• Neon — the Postgres database that stores our clinic, doctor, and location records (public reference data, not visitor data).
• Mapbox — interactive maps on our clinic explorer. When you use the map, Mapbox may receive your IP address and map interaction data to render tiles.
• Google Fonts — web fonts, which may involve a request to Google's servers when fonts load.

Your choices

Because we don't maintain user accounts or collect identifying information, there is no personal profile to access or delete. You can control cookies and analytics through your browser, and you can contact us with any privacy question at any time.
